ABOUT US

M&A of Ohio is a mergers and acquisitions company assisting buyers and sellers in finding the opportunities they are seeking. Selling or buying businesses requires careful organization of information, serious review and commitment to get the deal completed. We are professionals with the expertise and experience to organize, review, and present businesses for optimum results.

In addition, we perform business valuations in order to determine the Fair Market Value of a business. Whether you are selling or buying, knowing the correct value is  important. Proven techniques and professional ethics are integral in this process. Business Valuations are not only useful for buying or selling businesses, but can also be helpful in buy-sell situations, estate values, financing, and shareholder disputes.

During the acquisition process, financing may be needed. Our sources are available to assist you in getting your deal completed. Whether long term financing, short term needs, or special needs as SBA, we are positioned to help you arrange financing to fit your situation.

Your business may not be ready for sale, or you may need suggestions on future direction. Our consulting services and business assessment will assist you in organizational needs, profitability/cash flow concerns and strategic planning for marketing and overall business direction. We will help you position your company for the future goals that you may have for your business.
